Overview
Our pricing is proposal-based. We review your brief and respond with an Initial Proposal that outlines what we can offer and any applicable fees. You decide whether to proceed.
Get Started is always free. You pay nothing to submit your intake and receive our response.
Fees apply only at decision points: unlocking curated matches (when they exist) or commissioning a targeted search (when they do not).
Coordination services such as fertility clinic referrals and adoption guidance are quoted separately based on your needs.
When fees apply
Get Started is free. Fees apply only if you choose to unlock curated matches or commission a targeted search.
After we review your brief, we respond with an Initial Proposal. This is where you learn whether curated matches exist. Fees apply only if you choose to proceed from that point.
You are never obligated to pay. If you choose not to proceed, the process ends with no fee.
There is no fee to submit Get Started. There is no fee to receive our Initial Proposal.
Unlock curated matches
If curated matches exist for your request, you may choose to unlock them. Unlocking means you pay to proceed with curated introductions.
Unlocking does not give you self-service access to browse profiles. There are no public listings.
After unlocking, we share information progressively through controlled disclosure. You receive relevant details as the process advances, with consent respected at every step.
Introductions are delivered through mediated communication, not through an in-app directory or messaging system.
Targeted search quote
If no curated matches currently exist for your request, we may offer a targeted search. This means we actively recruit candidates on your behalf.
A targeted search involves dedicated outreach, screening, and coordination tailored to your brief. The scope and fee are outlined in a quote.
We provide a quote first. You review it and decide whether to accept. There is no obligation.
A targeted search does not guarantee a successful match. We commit to the search effort, not to a specific outcome.
Quote-based coordination
Some services are provided on a quote basis. We assess your needs and provide a tailored quote before any work begins.
Quote-based coordination may include referrals, liaison with third parties, scheduling support, and document handling—depending on the service.
Coordination does not include medical treatment, medical advice, or legal advice. Clinical and legal matters are handled by qualified third parties.
Quote-based coordination applies to Find a Fertility Clinic and Adoption Guidance.
Adoption Guidance is referral-based coordination only. It is not a matching service and not legal advice.

After you submit Get Started, we review your brief and prepare an Initial Proposal.
An Initial Proposal outlines what we can offer, whether curated matches exist, any fees that would apply, and the recommended next steps.
We typically respond within 1–3 business days.
To proceed, simply reply to the email containing your Initial Proposal. If a fee applies, we provide a secure payment link.
